Screenvision Realigns National and Corporate Sales to Create Full-Service Sales Team to Further Expand # 1 Market Share Position and Deliver the Highe

New York - (June 29, 2004)

Screenvision, the world leader in cinema advertising and a joint venture of Thomson (Euronext: 18453) (NYSE: TMS) and ITV plc (LSE: ITV), announced today a shift in the structure of its sales organization that will create a full-service sales team to further expand the company’s number-one market share position and deliver the highest standard of service to customers. The sales organization now includes four regional managers to oversee geography?specific clients as well as a corporate sales group to build and manage long-term relationships with key advertisers and strategic partners.

In May, Jason Brown was named senior vice president of U.S. National Sales. Taking over Brown’s responsibilities for East Coast sales are Bob Shaw and Victor Germain, who handle all sales opportunities in the region. To grow regional sales in the Midwest and West, Vincent Vasquez and Robert Silvershein are regional sales vice presidents who head sales in those geographies, respectively.

Loren Venturi-Miller was named vice president of Corporate Sales and heads a dedicated team that solely focuses on the creation and sell-through of customized, multi-tiered advertising platforms with national advertisers and strategic partners.

"These moves are driven by the increasing growth of the cinema-advertising market as well as the need to generate new business opportunities on a region-by-region basis, create a formalized national sales program, and ensure the optimum support for all of our clients," said Matthew Kearney, CEO of Screenvision. "Our primary goal is to accelerate the sales process for our clients and take all the necessary steps to expand our number-one marketshare position in the cinema-advertising market."
