Screenvision Inks Four New Deals with Movie Theatre Exhibitors Across the Country

New York, NY - (March 7, 2005)

Screenvision, the leading cinema advertising company in the U.S, announced four new partnerships with movie exhibitors across the country including Clearview Cinemas, Colorado Cinema Group, Destinta and Uptown Entertainment. As a result of these deals, Screenvision immediately gains 494 new screens, increasing its national total to over 14,600. This further cements Screenvision's top position in the New York DMA, and establishes its market leadership in the Denver DMA.

"These new contracts signal Screenvision's continued ability to gain market share through both new business wins and growth of existing exhibitor relationships and is also reflective of our ability to service our customers in any geographic region in the country," said Darryl Schaffer, executive vice president, Theatre Operations & Exhibitor Relations. "That Clearview Cinemas and Colorado Cinema Group are both extending and expanding their respective relationships with us is a clear indication of the value that Screenvision and cinema advertising have brought to their revenue growth efforts. We welcome Destina and Uptown into the Screenvision family of exhibitors and look forward to providing each with that same value."

Clearview Cinemas, based in Chatham, NJ, is the second largest theater exhibitor in the New York market and has been a Screenvision partner since 2002. As part of the new contract, Screenvision will provide slides and rolling stock advertisements for 256 screens in New York and an additional eight screens in Philadelphia.

"Clearview Cinemas has enjoyed a successful partnership with Screenvision over the past few years and we look forward to continuing our work together this year," said Morten Gotterup, SVP & General Manager of Clearview Cinemas.

Screenvision will provide Aurora, CO-based Colorado Cinema Group with a full range of cinema advertising solutions for the exhibitor's 97 screens in the Denver area. Under terms of the partnership, Screenvision commits to providing digital content by the spring of 2005, and gains exclusive rights for development of a digital pre-show for all CCG theaters, which will increase to 125 by early 2006. CCG has been a Screenvision client for still-image advertising since 2001.

"We've experienced first-hand Screenvision's leadership in the cinema advertising industry for the last several years and have benefited greatly from the added revenue stream that screen advertising has generated for our theatres, which is the primary reason we have deepened our partnership with them," said Haydn Silleck, Chief Financial Officer, Colorado Cinema Group. "We are most excited about Screenvision's digital offering and the introduction of the digital pre-show, which will allow us to provide for our audience a high-quality and enjoyable experience before the movie begins."

Screenvision will provide both slides and rolling stock for Lodi, NY-based Destinta's 85 screens across six theatres in the New York, Philadelphia, Hartford and Pittsburgh DMAs.

"We chose Screenvision because of its position as a cinema advertising leader and its ability to adapt to emerging technology, enabling them to grow with our needs as an exhibitor," said Larry Haber, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer, Destinta. "We anticipate that cinema advertising will continue to grow as an important source of revenue for us and we'll continue to work with Screenvision for our screen advertising needs."

Uptown Entertainment in Detroit, MI has chosen Screenvision to provide slides and rolling stock advertising for its two theatres and 20 screens in Birmingham.

"Screenvision's professionalism and flexibility solidified our decision to choose them as our partner in cinema advertising," said Barb Zanetti, Senior Director Business Operations, Uptown Cinema Group. "We especially liked the company's ability to customize its pre-show with our theaters' specific needs in mind, and are looking forward to working with Screenvision as these needs evolve in the future."
