SCREENVISION RESTRUCTURES NATIONAL AD SALES TEAM TO PREPARE FOR GROWTH AND EXPANSION

Screenvision, a leader in cinema
advertising sales and services, today announced a restructuring of its national
advertising sales team in order to prepare for growth within the cinema advertising
category as well as for the exploration and development of media sales businesses
outside the cinema advertising sector.
Jason Brown, executive vice president of national and regional ad sales for
Screenvision, announced the elevation of Bob Shaw to the position of divisional
vice president, national ad sales. Reporting to Brown, Shaw will oversee national
advertising sales for Screenvision's cinema advertising offerings. Reporting to Mr.
Shaw are: Victor Germain, vice president of east coast sales and Loren Venturi-
Miller, vice president of corporate sales, both based in New York City; Vince
Vasquez, vice president of mid-west sales, based in Chicago; Michael Sakin vice
president of west coast sales, based in Los Angeles. Janice Myers, vice president of
regional sales, based in Kansas City, will continue to report to Mr. Brown.
