SCREENVISION NAMES JOHN MISSALE, CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER

Screenvision, a global leader in cinema
advertising, has appointed veteran technology management and operations executive
John Missale to the newly created position of chief technology officer.
In his new position, Missale is charged with advancing Screenvision’s footprint in the
media sector by maximizing new technology opportunities. He is responsible for
Screenvision’s new media, digital, and internal technical strategy and execution
designed to enhance the technology driven services the company provides to exhibitors,
advertisers and content partners. Additionally, he will lead Screenvision’s strategic
intent to completely digitize and create more forms of distribution for Screenvision’s
cinema advertising platform and other media outlets.
“Technology is no longer a back-room asset for media companies; it is mission critical
to deliver true value to advertisers and partners,” Kearney said. “John brings an
incredible depth to Screenvision as our new chief technology officer and he will be at
the forefront of the mission to maximize customer satisfaction and create new product
offerings for our company.”
Missale comes to Screenvision with more than 25 years of advanced technology
consulting and management experience. "Most recently, he worked for Deloitte
Consulting LLP. Prior to this he founded Rant Technology Inc., the New York based
end to end asset distribution system and application development company." He also
spent 15 years of his career at Time Warner Cable and Time Inc. New Media, where
under his leadership as vice president of operations and engineering, Time Warner
launched Time Warner Home Theater, Quantum, New York One News, The News
Exchange ITV, Pathfinder, and Roadrunner.

As chief technology officer, Missale will report directly to Steve DeLorenzo, Chief
Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer, Screenvision.
