SCREENVISION EXPANDS DETROIT PRESENCE WITH ADDITION OF EMAGINE ENTERTAINMENT INC TO EXHIBITOR NETWORK

Screenvision Extends Agreement with Uptown Entertainment for Further Growth in Detroit DMA with Addition of 20 New Screens
Screenvision, a leader in cinema advertising,
has been appointed exclusive cinema advertising agency for Novi, MI based
exhibitor Emagine Entertainment, Inc. Under this agreement, Screenvision will hold
exclusive on-screen advertising sales rights and non-exclusive promotions rights for
the exhibitor’s three locations and 46 screens, 36 of which are located in the Detroit
DMA, the #11 DMA in the United States. Screenvision will present its preshow
through digital cinema projectors already installed at all 46 screens and will install its
own infrastructure in all three theatres to digitally deliver content.
In addition to its deal with Emagine, Screenvision will further expand its presence in
the Detroit market through an extended agreement with Uptown Entertainment. That
deal covers two additional theaters in the Detroit DMA, with a total of 20 more
screens.
