Summary:
Screenvision Programming Services is part of the fastest growing revenue streams in the movie industry. The companys alternative content division works with exhibitors in the delivery of special events including live sports, concerts, independent films and childrens programming. These events allow exhibitors to maximize attendance throughout the week and attract non-movie-going audiences to their theatres.
Screenvision is looking for a self starter to work with the departments VP, exhibitors and content providers to help in the execution of the programming.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with program suppliers and exhibitors.
Establish deliverables and deadlines for both Screenvision and content providers, communicate schedules to all relevant parties and proactively ensure tasks are being fulfilled by deadline.
Identify graphics materials package needed for each program, communicate requirements and specs to content provider, ensure timely delivery and traffic to both exhibitors and Screenvisions marketing department.
Oversee Marketings creation of website and advance ticketing /showtime links for each event.
Support VP in coordinating the timely execution of contracts between legal department and program suppliers .
Compile theatre lists and exhibition schedules for events in proper format, ensure accuracy, and traffic them to all appropriate internal departments as well as relevant external vendors.
Oversee process for exhibiting promotional spot in exhibiting and surrounding theatres.
Oversee production and delivery of posters and in-lobby promotional materials for events, work with exhibitor relations on exhibitor clearance and compliance.
Create event QC letters, distribute to exhibitors and work with Operations Department and Technicolor Digital Cinema on exhibitor compliance.
Coordinate production, distribution and QC of DVDs to non-digital locations.
Estimate all costs related to each event and communicate to Director, Business Strategy
Identify and fulfill all tasks related to revenue recognition for each program, including generation of collection of box office results. Work closely with Director, Business Strategy and accounting to ensure all revenue is accurately recognized by deadline.
Design event sales pitch materials and post flight analyses.
Maintain departmental data bases.
Experience Required:
Qualifications:
4+ years experience with digital content management / distribution preferred.
College degree required.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Full, demonstrated knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint .
Basic knowledge of graphic design file formats and specifications.
High level of interpersonal skills.
Strong problem solving skills required; ability to take initiative and exercise independent judgment.
Must be a team player with strong ethics.
Excellent time management and job prioritization skills, ability to reprioritize at a moments notice.
Detail oriented, organized and able to multi-task.
Must be able to work overtime to complete deadlines.
