Position Title: Senior Creative Services Coordinator Reports To: Vice President, Creative Services

Responsibilities:

• Assist is facilitating day to day creative operations, implementing creative guidelines and workflow for new products and changing business needs
• Maintain relationships with various third parties including labs and post-production facilities
• Assist in implementing procedures for guiding clients thru creative preparation for the tape-to-film process
• Enforce creative deadlines and process flows for exhibition
• Work with internal departments on communicating printing schedule; create and expedite analog printing cycles and templates by flight
• Facilitate distribution of commercial assets to non-network distribution venues
• Develop and present monthly Creative Overviews
• Assist with Wilmington to coordinate lab fulfillment schedule, shipping and fulfillment for new products and changing business needs
• Assist in approving all invoices: TTF, Promo, Conversions etc.
• Assist in promotional production services, creation to distribution
• Oversee approval process for all campaigns (spots)
• Work with marketing on projects such as Cinema Upfront; Commercial Montages; Client screenings approval/event
• Manage all departmental reports; KPI, transfer cost log, creative library log, and conversions
Experience Required:
Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree required • Minimum of 3-5 years creative team leadership experience at an interactive agency, advertising agency or post production company preferred • Strong print and multimedia design knowledge with advanced knowledge of applications including Photo Shop, Illustrator, InDesign, Flash, Dreamweaver, Adobe Premiere, Acrobat, Final Cut, Vegas • Proficient on PC & MAC Platforms; proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) • Knowledge of printing production processes and new/emerging concepts in print and digital media • Experience managing photo and video pre- & post-production communications, with strong knowledge of video editing software and techniques • Strong project management skills, including vendor management • Verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills to work with diverse groups of internal and external partners and the ability to fluently interpret and switch between business, technical and production requirements • Understanding of pre- and post-production development and delivery processes, including a high level understanding of fulfillment for analog and digital components • Strong analytical, problem solving, negotiating, influencing, facilitation, organizational, prioritization, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills required
