Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

• Customer Relations.
• Responsible for calling clients with past due balances.
• Liaison with Sales, Operations and Billing. Departments to resolve client issues.
• Maintain Accurate History of Customer Contact.
• Check Credit References.
• Weekly Reports for Sales Department.
• Prepare, negotiate and monitor payment arrangements with past due clients.
• Prepare Collection packets & accounts for third party collections.
• Calculate, prepare & issue collection letters to delinquent clients.
• Spreadsheet Preparation of Detailed Account Statement of Customer History.
• Review Credit Balance Accounts.
• Process Suspension of delinquent clients.
• Various Projects as directed by Manager.

Experience Required:

Qualifications:

• Must have ability to interact well with other departments.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Must be detailed and organized.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• 1-3 Years of experience in credit/collections.
• Intermediate knowledge/experience with MS Word, Excel and Great Plains a Plus.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet aggressive deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills coupled with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High School Diploma or GED.
