Travis Reid

Chief Executive Officer

Travis Reid serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Screenvision Cinema Network, LLC.

Mr. Reid served as Chief Executive Officer Digital Cinema Implementation Partners, LLC since March 2007 and served as its Chairman. Prior to this, Mr. Reid served as Head of Digital Cinema Business Development at National CineMedia, LLC since 2006. Mr. Reid served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Loews Cineplex Entertainment Corp. since August 5, 2002. Mr. Reid served as an Officer of Loews Cineplex Entertainment Corp. or its predecessors since 1991. Prior to that, he served as Loews Cineplex Entertainment Corp.'s President of North American Operations beginning in May 1998. Mr. Reid served as President of Loews Theatres from October 1996 until May 1998 and for the preceding year served as an Executive Vice President, Film Buying of Loews Theatres. He served as Vice President of film for General Cinema Corporation's Midwest, Southwest and Western regions. He serves as a Member of Board of Directors of Fandango Inc. Mr. Reid serves as a Director of Yelmo and Megabox. He served as a Trustee of Cineplex Galaxy Income Fund since October 2003. He served as a Director of Marquee Holdings Inc. from January 2006 to October 15, 2010. Mr. Reid served as a Director of AMC Entertainment Holdings, Inc. from January 2006 to October 15, 2010 and AMC Entertainment Inc. from December 23, 2004 to October 15, 2010. He served as a Director of Cineplex Galaxy GP. He served as a Director of Loews Cineplex Entertainment Corp. He has also held positions with Cineamerica Theatres, Century Theatres and Theatre Management, Inc. Among his professional and community affiliations, he is a member of the executive committee for the National Association of Theatre Owners and former chairman of the group's “Committee of the Whole.” Additionally, he serves as Vice President of the Rogers Memorial Fund. He is a former chairman of the programming committee of the motion picture industry's ShowEast convention and served as President of the Foundation of Motion Picture Pioneers. He was recently honored as the 2005 Rogers Motion Picture Pioneers Foundation Pioneer of the Year.

Mr. Reid earned his Bachelor of Science in business administration from California State, Hayward.

Kevin Neary

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Neary is the Chief Financial Officer of the Company and is responsible for the Finance, Accounting, and Technology departments.

Prior to joining Screenvision in 2011, Mr. Neary started his career as a CPA in the Audit practice of Ernst & Young. He spent 17 years at PRIMEDIA Inc., a leading targeted media company that owned well known brands such as, Motor Trend, Seventeen, New York, About.com, and Channel One Network. During his tenure at PRIMEDIA, Mr. Neary held various roles including, Chief Operating and Chief Financial Officer of Channel One Network which was the leading placed based media company in schools with over 12,000 locations and 360,000 screens. Mr. Neary was also the Chief Financial Officer of the PRIMEDIA Enthusiast division and ultimately the Chief Financial Officer of the entire company until the sale of a majority of it's assets in 2007. Mr. Neary's most recent position was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Ziff Davis Enterprise, a leading digital media company focused on the technology market.

Mr. Neary earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Montclair State University.

Mark Mitchell

Chief Revenue Officer

Mr. Mitchell is responsible for all revenue generation from national, regional and local advertising of Screenvision cinema advertising activities. Additionally, he works with the management team to identify and launch Screenvision’s representation of other alternative out-of-home media platforms.

Prior to joining Screenvision, Mr. Mitchell served as Chief Relationship Officer for Canoe Ventures, a developer and provider of advanced television and interactive advertising funded by the Cable Industry’s leading operators. In this role, Mr. Mitchell forged collaborative partnerships with national cable and broadcast television networks, working with them to enhance their sales and programming with advanced television capabilities.

Prior to Canoe Ventures, Mr. Mitchell served as EVP of Sales for Premiere Retail Networks (PRN) helping to build it into the nation’s largest retail television business. During his tenure, advertiser adoption across PRN’s family of networks increased five-fold. Before PRN, Mr. Mitchell spent more than 10 years with the ABC Television Network, holding several senior management positions.

While Mr. Mitchell was serving as EVP of Sales and Marketing for Office Media Networks, they, in association with Dow Jones & Company, launched the Wall Street Journal Office Network, a digital media and event services network deployed in premier office buildings across the nation’s top Designated Market Areas (DMAs).

Mr. Mitchell holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Florida.

Darryl Schaffer

Executive Vice President, Operations and Exhibitor Relations

Schaffer is responsible for overseeing Screenvision's network of exhibitor partners as well as network operations, which includes inventory management, scheduling and content distribution. The Screenvision network totals 14,400 screens nationwide, and is comprised of over 150 exhibitors.

Schaffer is also responsible for the growth of the Screenvision network and recently oversaw the signing of long-term contracts with its six largest exhibitor partners: Carmike Cinemas, Marcus Theatres, Rave Motion Pictures, National Amusements, Harkins Theatres, Malco Theatres and, of late, Pacific Theatres and Clearview Cinemas. Under Schaffer's direction, Screenvision's digital network is growing rapidly. Screenvision has 43 key digital partners and the Digital Preshow is currently exhibited on over 7,200 screens.

Additionally, Schaffer oversees the Screenvision Programming Network activities. This past June, Screenvision brought to movie theatres the exhibition of the New York Philharmonic’s all-new, star-studded production of Stephen Sondheim’s Tony Award-winning musical, Company. Screenvision worked with partners Ellen M. Krass Productions and the New York Philharmonic to promote the theatrical release on a national and local, grass roots level. Highlights included: Tony Awards® live performance from the cast of Company, with host Neil Patrick Harris, and an introduction announcing the exhibition in theatres from Christie Brinkley! Jon Cryer, Neil Patrick Harris and Christina Hendricks appeared on David Letterman, The View, Fox & Friends and the CBS Morning Show! Stephen Colbert twittered to fans! Press coverage in the New York Times, Los Angeles Times, The Washington Post and more helped to build anticipation and excitement for the limited theatrical release. The gross box office revenue in North America exceeded $1.7M.

Schaffer has been with Screenvision for over 20 years, and has held various positions across the company.

Schaffer holds a Bachelor Degree in Marketing and Art History from Syracuse University.

James Dolan

Senior Vice President, Finance & Accounting

Dolan is responsible for managing the Screenvision's accounting & finance organization. Prior to joining Screenvision in 2000, Dolan served as Financial Controller of IllusionFusion LLC for 5 years where he was instrumental in the growth of this interactive service company, which included many startup production and post production studios throughout the US.

James holds a degree in Accounting and Finance from The Institute of Technology in Ireland and is an ACCA member.

Matt Friedland

Senior Vice President, Campaign Management & Operations

Friedland manages the Campaign Management and Operations processes, which includes forecasting, inventory, scheduling, production, creative services, distribution, and posting.

Prior to joining Screenvision in 2005, Friedland managed advertising and direct response product inventory and operations for major web portals with Interactive Search Holdings (now part of Inter-Active Corp.). In this role, Friedland represented the properties in the IAB for CAN SPAM (Group Leader) developing several iterations of inventory optimization and measurement applications for the company. Previous to Search Holdings, Friedland was an online direct response and media products account executive for Excite.com.

Friedland graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications & English from The University of Delaware and holds a Masters of Business Administration from The University of Connecticut.

Suzanne La Forgia

Senior Vice President, National Sales

Ms. La Forgia is responsible for overseeing all national sales, managing teams in New York, Chicago, Detroit and Los Angeles.

Prior to joining Screenvision, Ms. La Forgia served as Executive Vice President of Sales at RMG Networks, a leading digital and video place-based media company. Prior to RMG, Ms. La Forgia was President of the Digital Place-based Advertising Association (formerly OVAB) where she was instrumental in generating substantial increases in awareness and understanding of the place-based video advertising medium. Ms. La Forgia comes with a strong background in advertising sales having held several executive positions at The Hotel Networks, Oxygen Media, Hallmark Channel and HGTV.

Ms. La Forgia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism with a Concentration in Business from The University of Georgia.

Lee Heffernan

Senior Vice President, Marketing

Ms. Heffernan is responsible for overseeing all national, regional and local marketing efforts for Screenvision.

Prior to joining Screenvision, Ms. Heffernan served as Senior Vice President of Integrated Marketing at Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia, where she was responsible for the development and implementation of multiplatform marketing initiatives that aligned advertisers goals with Martha Stewart’s passionate fan base, including the successful launch of the pets franchise.

Prior to Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia, Ms. Heffernan was President of Heffernan Marketing, a company she founded that specialized inmedia brand development, integrated sales and marketing. Ms. Heffernan has also held various executive positions at WE: Women’s Entertainment Television, Lifetime Television and Turner Broadcasting.

Ms. Heffernan holds a Bachelor of Arts Management and Art History from Salem College.

Cheryl Magiros

Senior Vice President, Local Sales

Ms. Magiros oversees Direct Sales at Screenvision, the leading cinema advertising company in the United States. Ms. Magiros is responsible for planning, directing and coordinating all Direct Sales activities including sales strategies, new account acquisitions and client partner relations.

Ms. Magiros brings to Screenvision vast experience across the sales spectrum. An Australian native, Ms. Magiros joined Val Morgan Cinema Advertising where she worked for 10 years as the National Operations Director. She came to the United States in 1997 to assist with the development of Val Morgan USA and was appointed President in 1998. When Val Morgan USA was acquired by Screenvision, Ms. Magiros served as Senior Vice President of local sales from 2004-2006.

John McCauley

Senior Vice President, Strategic Alliances

McCauley is responsible for overseeing Strategic Alliances for Screenvision.

Prior to joining Screenvision, McCauley was the Principal of his own agency, Flying Tiger Enterprises, where the emphasis was connecting brands and media companies to new technology media, content and other emerging opportunities.

Prior to Flying Tiger, McCauley was the CMO of CBS College Sports Network, the 24-hour college sports cable channel from CBS Sports. His areas of focus were branding, media, digital programming, online marketing and research.

McCauley also has experience within the studio and exhibition community. He was EVP of Global Marketing Partnerships for The Weinstein Company, where he worked on film and TV properties, including Project Runway, as well as the SVP of Marketing and Business Development for Loews Cineplex Entertainment, where he led the Loew’s 2003 Centennial Celebration branding and revenue efforts.

McCauley holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Kings College in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, and an MBA in Marketing from Vanderbilt University’s Owen School.

George Najarian

Senior Vice President, Human Resources

Najarian oversees all aspects of Human Resources which include staffing, employee relations and development, compensation, benefits, training, organizational development and design. He is also responsible for company facilitations and operations.

Prior to joining Screenvision in 2004, Najarian held a management position at Sirius Satellite Radio where he was responsible for staffing, benefits and overall human resources management for the company. He was also responsible for talent management initiatives, which focused on employee selection processes, development, assessment, retention and succession planning around key competencies.

Najarian holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from McGill University.

Kim Youngberg

Senior Vice President and General Counsel

Ms. Youngberg oversees all business and legal matters for the Screenvision entities, including business development and expansion into new digital platforms.

Prior to joining Screenvision, Ms. Youngberg served as the Senior Vice President of Business and Legal Affairs for Wind-Up Entertainment, Inc., one of the largest independent record labels in the United States, where she was in charge of all legal matters for the company's record label, several publishing companies, and a full-service merchandising company. Before joining Wind-Up, Ms. Youngberg worked in private practice at Davis Shapiro & Lewit, a boutique music law firm, where she represented many superstar recording artists and writers, as well as major and independent record labels and publishers.

Ms. Youngberg graduated from Fordham University School of Law, and received her BBA from the University of Michigan.
