Matthew Kearney

President & Chief Executive Officer

As CEO of Screenvision since 2002, Kearney is responsible for creating and implementing the vision for Screenvision's integrated cinema marketing solutions. Under his leadership, Screenvision, representing over 14,000 movie screens nationwide, has become a major player in one of North America's strongest growing advertising media. As the founding chairman and president of the Cinema Advertising Council, the industry's trade association, he has been instrumental in establishing cinema advertising as a serious medium.

Prior to Screenvision, Kearney worked in senior positions at the British media conglomerate Carlton Communications Plc which he joined in 1993 and where he ultimately ran Carlton’s New Media Division. The division comprised digital TV channels, cinema screen advertising businesses, and internet businesses. Kearney was an officer of the company as an Associate Director to the main board.

Before running new media, he had been charged with building the media group's programming and rights capability. He successfully created a TV and movie rights business based on the acquisition of movie libraries, making Carlton the biggest owner of movie rights outside Hollywood, and built content capability through the acquisition of the TV production company Planet 24 which was subsequently responsible for the reality show Survivor.

In running business development at Carlton, he was closely involved in or led a range of activities including the acquisition of TV stations, cable distribution deals, screen advertising and internet start-ups including the successful launch of Ask Jeeves UK and the BAFTA and Yell award- winning Jamba, Simplyfood and Popcorn sites.

Initially at Carlton he specialized in restructuring programs and divestments. He joined Carlton after four years at one of the world's leading private equity businesses, 3i Plc, where he was an investment director. Prior to 3i, Kearney worked in the defense industry at British Aerospace and the Royal Navy.

Kearney is regularly asked to speak at industry events and higher education events such as ShoWest and Harvard Business School, and for comments and interviews from the trade and business press and television.

He holds a degree in Aeronautical Engineering from Manchester University and an MBA from the London Business School. He has been a voting member of BAFTA since 1997.

Michael Chico

Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing

Based out of the company’s New York City headquarters, Chico is responsible for overseeing all of Screenvision’s National, Regional and Local sales in New York, Los Angeles, Detroit, Kansas City, Dallas and Chicago -- one of the largest sales forces in the media industry, with approximately 150 full time account executives. As EVP of Sales and Marketing, Chico will identify and launch new product and service offerings and oversee Screenvision’s overall sales and marketing strategy. Chico is also a member of the CAC (Cinema Advertising Council), the Outdoor Advertising Association of America, and the OVAB (Out of Home Video Advertising Bureau).

Prior to joining Screenvision in August 2007, Mr. Chico was Executive Vice President of Advertising Sales for Madison Square Garden, Inc. A senior member of the company’s management team, Mr. Chico was responsible for overseeing the MSG and Fox Sports Net New York networks, as well as signage, integrated marketing and naming rights for the theater at Madison Square Garden, Radio City Music Hall and the Beacon Theater. Additionally, he has served on the senior sales management teams of the NBC television stations (Senior Vice President of East Coast Sales) and the ABC television stations (Vice President, Integrated Sales, New Media Sales and Regional Sports Sales) as well as Vice President, Integrated Sales at, ESPN.

Mr. Chico earned a B.S. degree from Ramapo College of New Jersey, where he currently serves on the Board of Advisors.

Steve DeLorenzo

Chief Operating Officer & Chief Financial Officer

Based out of Screenvision’s New York City headquarters, DeLorenzo provides strategic guidance on all financial and operational aspects pertaining to Screenvision, overseeing the finance, campaign management, operations, technology, and human resources departments. As COO and CFO, DeLorenzo lends strategic guidance to Screenvision’s executive committee and provide leadership on finance and operations.

Prior to joining Screenvision in November 2006, DeLorenzo, a certified public accountant, served as COO and CFO for GT Brands, LLC where he was instrumental in determining the direction of the company, including leading the respective sales of GT’s entertainment business to Gaiam, Inc. and GT’s merchandising services business to The Handleman Company. Prior to his tenure at GT Brands, DeLorenzo held executive positions at Zagat Survey and CMP Media and served as a senior manager in PricewaterhouseCoopers’ business assurance practice.

DeLorenzo holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Iona College.

Darryl Schaffer

Executive Vice President, Exhibitor Relations

Schaffer is responsible for overseeing Screenvision's network of exhibitor partners which totals over 14,300 screens nationwide, and is comprised of 145 exhibitors. Schaffer is also responsible for the growth of the network, and has signed deals with exhibitors totaling over 6,000 screens in just the past 18 months, including a recent deal with National Amusements which is now Screenvision's third largest exhibitor partner.

Under Schaffer's direction, Screenvision has begun to convert its on-screen network to digital and, in addition to National Amusements and Carmike Cinemas, has successfully forged partnerships of this nature with premier exhibitors including Loews Cineplex Entertainment, Rave Motion Pictures, Consolidated Theatres, Dickinson Theatres, Malco Theatres, Mann Theatres, Ultra Star and Cinemastar.

Schaffer has been with Screenvision for over 15 years, and held various positions across the company, most recently heading up Theatre Operations for the Screenvision National business.

Schaffer holds a Bachelors Degree in Marketing and Art History from Syracuse University.

Stu Ballatt

Senior Vice President, Marketing

Stu Ballatt is Senior Vice President of Marketing at Screenvision, based out of the company’s New York City headquarters. He is responsible for overseeing all marketing operations including, strategic development & branding, sales marketing, research and public relations for Screenvision and Screenvision Direct.

Ballatt’s extensive knowledge of the broadcast, entertainment and advertising industries provides him with strategic insight into directing Screenvision’s marketing efforts, where he plays a key role in ensuring the continued growth of the company’s business. He also is President and Chairman of the Cinema Advertising Council.

Prior to joining Screenvision, Ballatt held various senior management positions with the National Broadcasting Company, Inc. (NBC), most recently with NBC TV Network where he was Vice President of Marketing & Sales Development. In this position, his responsibilities included overseeing key sales and marketing initiatives, execution of network positioning to the ad-buying community, creation of collateral and sales materials, provision of industry and category analysis, development of third-party partnerships and creation/execution of promotions and integrated marketing programs associated with key advertisers. Prior to NBC, Ballatt held various marketing management positions with Berlitz International, Inc. and Packard Press Corporation.

Ballatt holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing from Drexel University.

Rebecca Hartman

Senior Vice President of Sales, Screenvision Direct

Based in Screenvision's Rochester, N.Y. office, Hartman is responsible for managing Screenvision Direct which specializes in local advertising sales nationwide and has offices in Arizona, California, Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Tennessee, and Texas -- comprised of a growing sales staff of over 100 employees. Hartman is responsible for generating revenue from local advertising on 10,000 screens in over 1,200 movie theatres across the country, creating local sales strategies, and creating new product opportunities for the company.

Prior to being appointed Senior Vice President, Hartman held various positions within the company starting as a Sales Representative, Sales Director, Vice President of Eastern Region, Vice President of Integrated Strategies and Vice President for the Midwest Region.

Brian Keys

General Counsel

Based in Screenvision's New York headquarters, Brian Keys directs the company's business development policies and initiatives as well as manages all corporate legal matters, including mergers and acquisitions, contract negotiations and business proposals. With more than 12 years of legal counsel experience within the media industry, Keys utilizes his extensive business and media expertise to assess new potential growth markets and advance the company's business development.

Prior to joining Screenvision in June 2006, Keys served as executive director of contracts for Time Warner Inc., where his responsibilities included developing contract strategies, and negotiating commercial agreements. He previously worked as an assistant general counsel for America Online, Inc., where he was the company's primary music and on-line ticketing attorney. Keys' first position within Time Warner was as associate counsel for Warner Music Group in Burbank, California.

A native of California, Keys graduated from Stanford University Law School in 1994 and received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from the Haas School of Business at the University of California at Berkeley in 1991.

John Missale

Chief Technology Officer

John Missale is the Chief Technology Officer for Screenvision, headquartered in New York City. He is responsible for managing all of Screenvision’s technology initiatives and strategies. John also lends his multimedia development experience to creating and implementing new media and digital offerings for Screenvision, expanding its service platforms.

Prior to joining Screenvision, John held various senior management and consulting positions such as Vice President of Operations and Engineering at Time Warner Cable and Time Inc. New Media where for 15 years he advised on advanced Internet and Television technologies and created new technology products and services. Under his leadership, Time Warner launched Time Warner Home Theater, Quantum, New York One News, The News Exchange ITV, Pathfinder, Roadrunner and was on the team that received the 1996 Technical Emmy Award for AML fiber. John was also the President and founder of Rant Technology, Inc., which provided project and product management, strategy, ITV services, Digital Content Distribution Networks and web development services.

Most recently, John held a management position at Deloitte Consulting L.L.P. consulting on broadband strategies, high level product development and functionality, advanced interactive advertising, and IPTV system technology for their media and entertainment consulting sector.
